* Payment is made in full to the hotel reception upon departure from the hotel. No deposit is charged. Dan Hotels DOES NOT charge credit cards prior to arrival.
* Prices are quoted are in US Dollars and  includes all taxes, service charges and breakfast.
* Guests with a foreign nationality with a B2 or B3 visitors permit stamped in their foreign passport, are exempt from VAT. All other guests - Israelis - are charged 15.5% VAT according to prevailing Israeli law (excluding Eilat). 
* After arrival in the hotel, amendments can be made at the hotel's reception desk. 
* Until arrival in the hotel, please send amendments and cancellations to the same e-mail address from which you will receive your confirmation, or by calling Israel 972-(0)2-6450668. Calling from abroad, you don't require the 0, and calling from Jerusalem, you don't require the 02. You can also fax changes to 972-(0)3-7601198.
* If you cancel or amend, you MUST receive either a cancellation number and the name of the person you spoke to, or receive confirmation of your cancellation in writing. Without proof of cancellation, cancellation and no show fees will apply. See below for late cancellation and no show fees.
* Reservations are made by Net International Travel.

* A one night fee will be charged for cancellations made 3 working days or less prior to your arrival.

HIGH SEASON ( see dates below )

At Dan Panorama Jerusalem, Boutique Jerusalem, Dan Panorama Tel Aviv, Dan Tel Aviv, Dan Carmel, Dan Gardens Haifa and Dan Panorama Haifa:

* A two night fee will be charged for cancellations made 6 working days or less prior to your arrival.

At King David, Dan Accadia, Dan Caesarea, Dan Gardens Ashkelon, Dan Eilat & Dan Panorama Eilat:

* A two night fee will be charged for cancellations made 15 working days or less prior to your arrival.

* Cancellations made 8 working  days or less prior to arrival  will be charged 100% OF THE COST OF YOUR PROPOSED STAY!.  

* All No shows for all seasons ( non arrival without prior cancellation ) will be charged the cancellation fee.

* Fridays and Saturdays are not considered working days in Israel..
